5. Delivery Addresses and Responsibility

• Address: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address if it was incorrectly entered during the order process.
• Loss or Theft: Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
